“Live life that is well balanced, don’t do things in excess.’’ - Daniel Smith
My name is Paulina Janas-Clint and I’m a Senior Physiotherapist and a Director of PJCPhysio registered company.
PJCPhysio was created to help patients achieve their rehab goals from the comfort of their own home and in the office in Storrington.
Thank you so much for visiting PJCPhysio.co.uk as this is the start of your journey to feel better, to feel pain free.
My work is mostly hands on. I have a Holistic Approach to each Patient and I will be discussing your problem as treating All body not just the affected area.
After graduating from UJK Medical University in Poland, I have worked across a wide variety of specialities in a number of different hospitals in Poland and England. I have over 6 years of NHS experience and 12 years of experience in private sector.
I am fully qualified, insured and chartered Physiotherapist. For three years I have studied Bachelor Degree than completed additional two years trainings and qualified in 2012 as Physiotherapist with Master Degree.
I have additional trainings in multiple countries working with various conditions.
My speciality is spinal Physiotherapy, all back pain related conditions; Cranio-facial therapy, MSK conditions and Elderly Physiotherapy Aiming to prevent falls and reducing risk of falls.
I provide manual therapy, work with movement but also can set up individual exercise programme. I will always work with Patient to meet their individual needs.
I can see you in your own safe environment or in my office based in Storrington.
I do enjoy working in the community as I feel that treating people in their own homes is the most comfortable for them, the best place for functional rehabilitation and allows the family to be involved when needed. It also allows me to really get to know each individual and what is important to them. I have a special interest in working with older adults and falls prevention.
I work closely with my patients, their family and carers to achieve the best results that I can for them. Establishing a rapport and mutual trust with patients is so important as it really helps us achieve the best results. And I love to watch my patients grow in confidence as their pain is reduced and normal function starts to return.
I work with very experiences and skilled Physiotherapists and Therapy Assistants.
I’m a member of the HCPC and CSP and regular training keeps my skills up to date and allows me to offer the most comprehensive clinical service to my patients.
In free time I do enjoy time with my family which matters the most to me. I have beloved dog Weimaraner and I spend actively my free time on exploring beautiful country side and practicing water sports.
I am fascinated about yoga, art and of course new methods of manual techniques which can help with treating various musculoskeletal conditions.
I do enjoy travelling.
